Hi, my name is Sarina and I am a Transformational Energy Healer, Teacher & Mentor. I am passionate about empowering you to transform your life through heart centred living, clearing your inner child wounds and energy alignment.

 

The reason why I do this is because I've been there. I didn't think I was good enough and was constantly trying to please other people. My mind was often filled with negative self limiting beliefs. I was bullied as a child and again as a young adult. There was so many stresses in many areas of my life and I didn't know how to manage these as well as cope with the other traumas. But I knew that there had to be more to life than this and that if I wanted my life to improve, then I would need to do something about it. So began the long journey, not only in learning how to cope and getting tools and techniques to improve my life, but also to understanding me better.

 

My journey included gaining training, knowledge and experience in psychology, Counselling, Life Coaching, Stress Management, and much more. It was my journey into the spiritual that guided me to a 7th Dimensional Lightbody healing modality called Transference Healing ®.  It was there that I realised that this was what I’d been searching for.  Through my training courses and healing sessions I’ve rediscovered my inner magical child.
